Vintage free standing metal and glass étagère. I am not sure of this elegant decorative pieces' age, I would say between 1920-70. It has a timeless design, a vaguely "pagoda" shape, completely free standing and beautiful from every angle. It consists of a shaped metal frame work entwined with metal vines and brass flowers, leaves and butterflies. There are four removable glass shelves, that are graduated in size, becoming larger as you go from top to bottom. It is very graceful and both unusual and useful for display especially as anything displayed can be viewed from all angles. All the metal has the original patina and the entire piece is in very fine "as found" condition. The metal frame work separates into two pieces for easy moving. 20 1/2" square at the widest points x 54 1/2" tall. Price $1,400.
