Set of Eight Circa 1870 Dining Chairs in American Black Walnut. Fresh from a beautiful Brooklyn brownstone we have just acquired this rare set of eight walnut Victorian dining chairs. All in very good condition, unusually sturdy and comfortable. This handsome set of chairs features a cut-out splat back , graceful curves and fine incised details. They also have easy to re-upholster "slip seats" currently upholstered in hi-end wool mohair in a soft green color. The finish is in excellent condition and the chairs are ready to use. Exceptional quality and condition in all eight chairs.  35" tall x 17" wide x 21" deep.  Seat height  18".  Price $3200 for set of eight.
