MAGIC LANTERN

Antique "Magic Lantern" Slide Projector. Originally patented in the 18th century and very popular in the 19th century is this charming curiosity. In the original wood and glass box, complete with a separate wooden box inside that contain a set of five glass slides. The projector itself has seen much use and shows it! The light "cone" is in much better condition and appears to be a replacement. We have not tried it but it is all there and we assume it is in working condition. The boxes are in very good condition and the large box retains its original brass hinges and clasp.8 1/4" long x 6" deep x 3 1/2" tall .  Price $145.00  complete.
