ARTS & CRAFTS AJUSTABLE BOOK HOLDER

Circa 1905.  Fine Arts & Crafts  adjustable book holder. Solid cast brass with an owl sitting inside a very stylish Art Nouveau looking framework, with stylized flowers. The original brass and polychrome finish is in excellent condition and the expandable rods work very smoothly on this very collectible bookend/holder. When closed the piece measures 12 1/2" wide x 4 1/2" tall x 6 1/2" deep. When fully expanded it is 21 1/2" wide.  Price $175.00
