PORCELAIN BOWL

LOCKE & CO WORCHESTER, ENGLAND

Circa 1890.  Small, fine porcelain bowl marked Locke & Co. Worcester, England.  This little serving piece is finely glazed in shades of soft peach and beige.  The delicate rim is lightly gilded.  I believe it was a sugar or waste bowl by it's size.  Fresh from a local Brooklyn estate.  Excellent original condition, with light wear to the gilding.  3" tall x 2 3/4" deep x 4" wide.  Price  $85.00
