RARE COLLECTABLE 'STICK & BALL' SUMMER FIRESCREEN. From our personal collection we offer this rare, American, circa 1890 oak bentwood fireplace screen. We have pictured it with plain white fabric where a decorative fabric would have been used . The fabric is very easy to replace and a fine way to customize the screen for ones own purpose and decor. The screen has fine bead turnings and balls and is accented with original brass fittings. It is a warm, honey colored oak with a fine original patina. 39" tall x 26 1/2" wide x 9 1/2" deep.
